5 Life Areas
You don't need another blank notebook.
You need a system.
Blank journals work for people who already know what to write. Everyone else quits after a week. This journal tells you exactly what to reflect on every morning, every evening, every week, and every month — tied directly to the 5 areas that actually matter.
This is for you if:
- You want a daily practice but don't know what to write
- You've tried journaling before and quit because blank pages felt pointless
- You want to track real progress across your life, not just vent
- You know that consistency matters more than intensity — and you need structure to stay consistent
This is NOT for you if:
- You want a diary to free-write your thoughts with no direction
- You're not willing to spend 10 minutes a day on yourself
- You think journaling is just writing about your feelings — this is a growth tool, not a diary

Frequently asked questions
What format is the journal in? +
Digital PDF. You can print it and use it as a physical journal, or fill it in on a tablet. It's designed for A4 printing — 90 days of daily pages plus weekly and monthly review sections.
How long does each daily entry take? +
The morning page takes about 3-5 minutes. The evening reflection takes about 5 minutes. Most people find the routine takes less than 10 minutes a day total.
How is this different from a blank journal? +
A blank journal gives you a page. This gives you structure. Every day has specific prompts tied to the 5 life areas from the Inner Work Co framework. You never stare at a blank page wondering what to write.
Do I need the workbook to use this? +
No. The journal works as a standalone daily practice. But if you've done the workbook, the journal helps you maintain the clarity and momentum you built during those 12 modules.
Can I start on any date? +
Yes. The journal uses Day 1, Day 2, etc. — not calendar dates. Start whenever you're ready. There's no wrong time to begin.
What if I miss a day? +
Pick up where you left off. The journal includes a 'Restart Protocol' page for exactly this situation. Missing a day doesn't mean starting over — it means you're human.
