By accessing or purchasing from theinnerworkco.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site or purchase our products.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will note the "last updated" date at the top of this page whenever changes are made.

Inner Work Co sells digital products — personal development workbooks, journals, toolkits, and related resources — delivered as downloadable PDF files. All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Our products are also available on Gumroad and Etsy.

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive immediate access to download your product. Delivery is digital only. We do not ship physical goods.

All prices are listed in GBP (British Pounds) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect orders already completed.

All digital product sales are final and non-refundable due to the nature of instant digital delivery. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product delivered immediately and that you are not entitled to a refund.

If you experience a genuine technical issue — such as a corrupted file, a missing download link, or the wrong product being delivered — email us at theinnerwork.cohq@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the problem. We will resolve technical issues within 24 hours.

When you purchase a product from Inner Work Co, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the product for your own personal development.

You may:

• Download and save the files to your personal devices
• Print copies for your own personal use
• Use the exercises, frameworks, and prompts in your own personal development practice

You may not:

• Redistribute, share, or forward the files to others
• Resell, relicense, or repackage any product or any part of it
• Upload the files to any public or shared platform
• Use the content in any commercial offering (courses, coaching programmes, group workshops) without written permission
• Claim the content as your own original work

All content on the Site and within our products — including text, design, layouts, graphics, frameworks, exercises, branding, and code — is the intellectual property of Inner Work Co and is protected by copyright law.

Purchasing a product grants you a licence to use it as described in Section 4 above. It does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property to you.

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our content may result in legal action.

Inner Work Co products are educational tools for personal development. They are not a substitute for professional therapy, medical advice, psychiatric treatment, or any form of clinical care.

Our workbooks and journals draw on research from cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), behavioural psychology, and neuroscience, but they are self-guided resources — not clinical interventions. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or need professional support, please consult a qualified healthcare provider.

We make no guarantees about specific outcomes. Personal development is inherently individual, and results depend on your own effort, circumstances, and engagement with the material.

When you purchase a product or subscribe to our mailing list, you may receive emails from Inner Work Co including order confirmations, product delivery, and occasional updates about new products or content.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. Transactional emails (order confirmations, delivery links) will still be sent as necessary.

We will never sell, share, or rent your email address to third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inner Work Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) our products or the Site.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

The Site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Some of our products are available through third-party platforms including Gumroad and Etsy. Purchases made on those platforms are also subject to their respective terms of service and refund policies.

Payment processing on the Site is handled by Stripe. Your payment information is processed directly by Stripe and is never stored on our servers. Stripe's use of your data is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
