All Inner Work Co products are digital downloads delivered instantly after purchase. Due to the nature of instant digital delivery, all sales are final and non-refundable.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product that is delivered immediately, and that you will not be entitled to a refund.

Technical Issues

If you experience a genuine technical problem with your purchase — such as a corrupted file, a missing download link, or the wrong product being delivered — we will resolve it promptly.

Email us at theinnerwork.cohq@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to resolve all technical problems within 24 hours.

Marketplace Purchases

If you purchased through Etsy, Gumroad, or another third-party marketplace, your purchase is governed by that platform's policies. Please contact the marketplace directly or reach out to us and we'll point you in the right direction.
